Uh oh Cannibus, the production worlds unaminous worse nightmare.....I went to a platinum producers tell all and Canibus got the unanimous vote from about 4(that worked with him) out 6 the other two didn't work with him....but labeled him the hardest mc to work with and possibly the most hated in production circles...good luck to him though but I think he's not making a come back if he was ever really here...LOL

if he is such a perfectionest, then why do his albums all suck horribly? especially the "E Hollywood Stories" - that was garbage, pure garbage, the worst album of the last few years..... if not ever. oh, as far as the rythm track, nope, sorry, just like the rest. i saw that when you first posted.... i hope its good and if its not, i hope you are!!! good producers can still squeeze SOMETHING out of bad equipment.

lol a lot of people thought E was weak i agree to a certain level i think it had some hot joints and some of the joints are like, what the fuck was he thinkin when he agreeed to put this on a nationally released album, but oh well it happens to the best of em ,i thought his newest album was hot and i dont think it got the recognition it deserved just like a lot of independent albums but the new rip the jacker should be ill its produced by that cat stoupe from jedi mind tricks and i heard some of his work and its ill,but for the drum machine i should be gettin it soon and basic arrangements is pretty much all i was lookin for you know i dont really depend on my hardware i depend mostly on my creativity, and on the talent, thanks peace

thats cool... but you do want great hardware to go with great talent eventually, right? as far as E, that wasnt a weak album... it was HORRIBLE, and in the words of Simon from American Idol....."Ghastly....just ghastly."

I have a zoom 123 I don't even use. I don't know, but the drums sound too toyish if you ask me. But its a hoot to program and play freestyle. Its really small, you can put that sucka in one of your cargo pockets and move along.

Zoom 234

I bought one when I first started and I was on a budget. Got it from pssl.com.

I used it for a month and sold it to get Reason 2.0. The 234 is very basic. Not much room for expansion. I didn't like it because none of the sounds were good sounds to me. The manual says it is idea for a guitarists who needs a drum patern to practice too. It even has foot pedal controls so you can change the beat as you played your guitar.

The sounds are very realistic as far as drum set sounds go but if you want 808 bass and neptunes high hats amd kicks, no dice...
