I been looking for an old record from Nina Simone called "sinner man" side A is the original and side b is the instrumental - if i could get my hands on that i would make the illest hip hop version to that. and the chorus to that song is ill as well.

Na I'd rather sample from Nina's Simones Sinner man bcs theres parts on the instrumental that are not on timbaland's oh that I would use to create a loop i usually make atleast three different loops from 1 track and decide which is the one i want to use then from there i add my own stuff.
