I've NEVER heard of anybody doing real mastering for $10...it seems like a scam to me, or real amateurs; i don't think any good is gonna come frm it. Real mastering equipment is $$...it wouldn't make any sense for them to charge that little, when they could be charging AT LEAST 10 times as much
