Now for everybody that gave me some feedback that had a poll themselves that week, I'd be obligated to give them feedback. And I would just check the appropriate boxes and then leave my name so the original beat poster would know who he or she had to give a review to.

This are just examples.

Moderators feel free to delete these polls I am making up.

But you guys see what I'm saying? If we came up with 10 good feedback selections and then we all used them as a standard, I think this would be a good way to give feedback to only people who are active in the feedback process.

But do you think this is a good idea though? That's what I need to know. I mean we have like what? 15 consistent producers looking for good feedback once a month. I totally think this would work.

I think we should try it the week of 5/5/08 after we come up with 10 good feedback poll categories.
