tunecore or cd baby ( or both)
can anyone chime in on using these sites? cd baby seems like a good deal, but ive heard of cats having problems getting the digital distro setup where tunecore doesnt seem to have that problem.. but cd baby sells physical cd as well as downloads so it seems a lil bit better from that... -

Consildating/Streamlining my setup
After my album is complete im thinking of consolidating my setup .. right now i got 3 keyboards plus a rack ....... thinking of selling all my boards and the rack and coppin the new korg m3 ... so ill have the korg and my mpc .. thats it ... saves me precious nyc space and makes my setup easier... -

personally im not feelin double and quadruple stacked vocals ... im talkin about the main take i stack vocals on the chorus .. i think some recordings are ruined by stacking... for example i love ti but i hate the way he stacks his shit sometimes .. it makes it sound meesy to my ears... i prefer... -

first off let me say that i do not enjoy using pro tools le... the only thing i like about is recording vocals and the punch in .. which now i hear is on evry sequencer ... i think pro tools is difficult to use.. i used to use cubase/nuendo and that shit was easy ... fade in and outs , panning...
