    The MPD18 is just a controller, you don't store samples in it at all. If you already know logic I would just roll with that. You can use the logic sampler to load your samples in to and use the MPD to trigger them.

    yea, workflow in Reason IMHO is the best period. I feel like Reason is kind of like an Apple product, it doesn't do everything in the world (ie FL studio) but what it does, it does better than anyone else. So ya, workflow is amazing!

    Well since the person does not appear to be coming back anyway, I believe the TT series has USB on most of them. Also they do not require phono pre's. But i think it is a not worth the discussion at this point.
