Any suggestions for making Hits?
Sometimes what I do to create stabs is the following: I use a 6 bar drum pattern.... On the first 4 bars, I repeat a mellow/smooth 2 bar sample (can be piano or something not too hard sounding) and then on the last 2 bars I chop a string sample with a noticeable pause to create the stab...- DJ Excellence
