Sound modules....
Hi i woz planning on picking up a decent sound module sometime soon as im in need of some good quality basic instrument sounds i woz looking at getting a roland 5050 or woteva its called ! but ive noticed a lot people sell these sound cd's which have the rack sounds on are these anygood ? anyone... -
The reason why hardware IS better than software !
Because to run software you need a PC, and PCs are shit they are the most erratic unreliable machines ever made ! trying to install pro tools caused my whole system to crash luckily my m8 is really good with computers and has managed to save most of my stuff ! rant over ! -

Reason 3 problem !!
right, has anyone else noticed this, it only happens with reason 3 when i used to use reason 2.5 it was always ok ! bascially when im working on tracks i'll have reason and cool edit open and ill be editing and exporting samples from cool edit and then loading them into reason as i go along... -

Making beats in different time signatures !
I woz just making a beat then and i recorded a sample i wanted to use and then when i played it back i realised it woz in 3/4 timing i could have chopped it to 4/4 but i thought id just make the beat in 3/4 too see wot it woz like ! Does anyone else use different time sig's and does this make... -
Loading sounds on to MPC
I've got rid of the presets and stuff on my MPC and loaded my own new sounds on but the thing is even thought ive got like 30 sounds in the folder when it loads up it will only load like 12 or so of those sounds ! The combined size of all 30 samples is only like 1.1 meg so the MPC should be able... -

Yo My MPC arrived yesterday and just g ot a couple of questions on it first off, how do i get a bigger sample time, its got like 10 seconds at the mo but as i work almost exclusively with samples i could do with a bit more ! Also can i delete all the preset stuff thats on there to save... -
