^ thats what i try to do. although i do this in audition, if that makes a difference. cuz i be tryna loop a sample to make it longer and i follow the visual peaks and whatnot but it always sounds nasty and "looped" -

yea but i don't think he's mixing all the effects in at the begining of the track. So he must be pretty close the finishing. and I also said only to do this to the couple of tracks that you know you wont need to edit later like a bassline, synth line, or piano riff, etc. :) -

uh kinda.. you dont have to do it for every track. 1 or two tracks should be fine. just export the ones with the most or highest resource using effects (usually reverbs) and load those in as audio tracks. and you dont need to export the whole 3 mins + of the wav. just the 4 bar loop and change... -

track it out, slighty. for example if you have some strings wit some reverb on em etc, its usin too much of ur cpu sources, just solo it and export it as a wav file. then load it back into sonar as an audio track. do that for the other other instruments that u have effects on and dont intend on... -

Fishscale samples
yea i dont really care if the sampler chops it up or not. there are chopped samples, and there are looped samples. Alotta people wanna frown on loops cuz they think its less work. i think its enuff work to find a sample good enough to loop -
