I dont know, i think cats think way to hard about this, maybe its just me, but i dont find it hard at all to come up with drum patterns. Just turn the quantize off on the MPC and go at it till u find a nice pattern that fits.. Just trust ur instincts an quit getting so technial class -

sup man now it depends on what ur trying to do. WHen u record a sample it is in the fantoms RAM memory. ITs only stored once u write to the fantom card or the fantom ROM TO make a long story short u can ONLY save to the flash card u cant dynmaicly record a sample directly onto the flash... -

Digi 002 Rack or M-Audio 1814 w/M-Power??
well im partical to m-audio casue i have had the firwire 410 for over a year and i have no complaints. THe fact that it works with pro-tools is just icing on the cake. I was going to stick with it regardelss. -

Well u can controll alot of stuff u just have to program it in the in the controller. THe only things i really use it pitch bend and some other minor things download the manual and it can tell u exaclty what u can and cant program... -

I got the keystation 88es and its dope. Im a pianist and that thing has such a great feel i pratice on it as well. To control soundmoudles from your MIDI controller ALL you need is a MIDI out. you can control up to 32 soundmoudles from your MPC(MPC has 32 midi channles)... -

THats with anything man. OF course your gonna need talent to make something bang no matter what it is. People do the same thing with MPC's newbs hit me up all the time saying they got an MPC now they are gonna make hot tracks. The thing is, pt is easy to use and its the industry standard... -

I think export the 8 bar loop WHat if someone wants to compose the track differntly??? its better to just export the loop(s) then important them in the program and cut and paste class... -
