Yeah, so if you have 1 person saying your snare is loud, 1 saying it's fine, one saying it's quiet, you can ignore it. For me, song by song. However, great observations - use this to inform your own arrangements and maybe sometimes copy an arrangement, see how it works see how it fits. Maybe you'll bring certain structures into your own stuff sometimes. -
