    RS for life u fools!!! but i'll go to tha studio and track it down on Pro Tools... lol all the current sequencers are very diverse these days... the MV could be superior to the MPC and the RS, but i have never encountered a problem that the RS's sequencer couldnt fix... everything i need it...

    since everyone from NY is respondin, i guess i will too: the MPCs are great sequencers.... they are also great samplers... i dont feel they are the best, especially since i use the RS7000... but, the difference for most people are the 16 rubber pads, the sequencer, and the ease of use... how...

    yea.... 50 of them should cover ONE sample.... i use a 120 gig Seagate portable harddrive... and also my home computer hd... never be too cautious, save it on everything!!! da relic

    i know this is silly, but funny as hell... some guy on the show was suein his ex bcuz she broke his MPC 2000, maybe the XL... he shows Judy the foto, but doesnt have a receipt... however, he brings in an ad of the newer blue 2000 XL MCD with that machine's price in the ad... the ex further...

    get what u need to learn 1st IMO... im pretty sure u know how to navigate the computer... so get the MPC. once u get the Mac, u should be good at trackin beats on the MPC. da relic

    Motif ES 8 or Motif ES6?

    the features are EXACTLY the same... the 8 has 88 weighted keys, to simulate a real piano... unless ur goin to be producin Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder, or Elton John, or if u urself has that talent, get the 6... the same goes for the Fantom X series. da relic

    the electribe is a series of machines... u must be referring to the ESX... its a cool machine, but its sequencer is not up to par with an MPC... it'll twist up a sample though. da relic
