    Go to www.downloads.com and do a search for FTP. They give client reviews and tell you if its free or not. I use Fetch.

    I don't think using a midi controller is the optimum way to use the Matrix. I think you just have program the patterns you want. You can maybe use the "Learn Midi" function to train one of your controllers to do what you are trying to get done.
