    How do all of you sample effectively and efficiently?

    I've gone crazy with M/S and per channel processing to cut bits out of a sample. Being able to do the major to minor thing with melody e would be insanely handy. Not sure I can do it with my version of it.

    I sometimes use sites that have bpm to pitch calculators so I can see if I can get a song into a workable bpm by doing the pitch thing. I also sometimes repitch samples if single notes etc. Reimagine the original melody to fit with my chord or bass patterns.
