    I beat box beats and then "trace" them. But I haven't hummed baselines. I can't remember the song but I know Kanye has a track where he sampled and vocoded himself to make a main melody. So he basically used his voice as an instrument.

    Best part was the Optimus transformation. That was my fav part of the movie. I think I punched six or 7 kids when I saw that in the theatre because the GCI was amazing.

    I saw this in another forum. I was shocked. But there is always 2 sides to a story. I guess a lot of that music you are hearing are from mix tapes. And the tapes have themes, like mash-ups. Where he is covering another artist's song. Or maybe the mix tape has an RnB flavor so he is rapping...
