Ableton 4 + MOtif Rack + JV1010 + sp303 + turntable + rekkidz + mp3s + sample tank 2xl. Audition is my mastering/cutting/fading/tagging program. I use FL to sample beats - but im wheening off of it as of my use of Ab live in past 2 weeks.- MGTheFuture

This is exactly why i switched over to ableton or cubase/acid it lets you (rewire) if you use FL or Reason AND it lets you make a beat completey within itself as well as top notch mixing and mastering if you know how. As far as WAVE editing - it opens up a new wave editor...for me...- MGTheFuture

any tips for laying down drums....
I do my via keyboard - no more dot clickin/button pressin. Sounds alot better imo. Also - its always to have atleast some variation...i try to have an atleast a 4bar loop. but 3 kinda of 4 bar loops work best....like Verse - 1st Half Verse - 2nd Half Hook Atleast for composed beats...- MGTheFuture
