Reason help
No no. It's not that. But when I do turn it on so the patterns play ontop I hear the problem really sharp.. Then the 2 patterns will be out of synch. It's a problem of shuffle. When I put the tracks out the shuffle effect that makes the drums swing is totally screwed up and crazy. -

microkorg
I have the microkorg. I used it as my midi controller but have now switched to a midi controller with fullsized keys couse I think it's easier to play. But the microkorg has all the traits and is a potent enough midicontroller so it should do well. Good luck with it all. Peace -

He he. This seems to be a bundle of questions that has a bundle of answers. I'll try to give you mine. EQ is really important, but you can EQ all you want and you won't get a satisfactory result if you don't have a decent mic and mic-preamp. Go get yourself a mic and a pre-amp. Ask around... -
how many of you non-rapping producers wish you knew how to rap?
I wish I could rap once in a while. Cuz face it, most of the MCs are such slackers. It takes 1 year to complete a track if it gets completed at all. I'm not saying all MCs are like that, but many of the ones I've worked with.- andreas

Yeah man. I used FL some years ago too. You don't need anyting else then that, FL will more then suffice. As for the MP3. As far as I got it you rip CDs to mp3? Is that correct? If that is so, rip it to wav instead and maintain an untampered sound to the very end and it'll give you a better... -

Yeah. It's managable in FL. But I don't know If it's managable in Reason. Perhaps, I just kinda assumed it wasn't. -
What software?
I'm a composer type of producer. I don't sample. Therefore I've found the Cubase has the best properties for my type of productions. I use Cubase for the intruments and VSTs and as a plugin I use Reason for the drumprogramming. Works wonders for my preferences. -
