I'm cool now. Went through USB and I am now using XP. I still wanna get the mobo working though. But now I can dl the drivers. I'll let ya'll know how it goes. Thanx for the help. Out- Steel Side

Yeah the error message that I get says I need to use the Intel Lan CD. Unfortunately I don't have that disk. I'll check the BIOS, but also going I'm to check out the USB capabilities of the modem. Thanks ya'll.- Steel Side

The driver disk isn't working. I think I need the Intel Lan CD. Tried to dl but too big to fit on floppy, the only capability i have. I really don't know what to do. I'll try to contact by phone during the week.- Steel Side

Ok guys, I've made the switch to XP for recording, but now I can't access the internet. Everything is setup up fine as far as the net options are concerned.
