i take it this is video of him outside of the mtv awards performing a song dedicated to the hurricane katrina victims. that was an ill situation, but he had to expect it at a venue like that. from what i've read about he did have a permit to perform, so they hit with some other lame charges.- trez260

tutorials on choping samples???
maybe it could be you not doing something different. there's many different ways to chop samples (as mentioned by the others before me) if anything, don't get stuck on chopping your samples one way, play with your chops try something different, make mistake, you just might stumble on something dope. -

one must learn to tell the differnce between "constructive criticsim" and "negative talk" always stay open to constructive criticism for it may add to your arsenal of creativeness. negative just trys to kill it. the biggest problem people have is being able to determine the difference. the other... -
