    I've had two knee surgeries, my right knee barley has cartlidge in it. I know personlly once it happens ones it will happen again. Those meniscus tears slowly end careers, just ask Penny Hardaway, Brandon Roy. Both were headed for the hall of fame until that carlidge starts to tear.

    This may be a dumb question, but are those dj controllers any good? Like the numark mixtrack, vestax controllers, pioneer pro dj ddj-s1, all of them range from $129 to $1000. along with traktor software or scratch. I guess what Im asking can you get the same DJ feel using controllers?

    Push ups and core work. Im not talking about situps or crunches either. You get your core together everything else will more then likely fall in place. Do Core exercises first get those muscles warmed up and you'll feel stronger for the rest of your workout routine.

    The "Lord Knows" beat was way outa his league and I like Drake. That track was too hard for him, an older rap vet would have killed it. It seemed to fit rick ross verse better.

    I cant seem to get into hockey. Ever since I was a kid the only time I enjoy watching hockey was during the winter olympics. The 2010 winter olymics, hockey wise was epic. Although the U.S. lost, the entire tournament was exciting.

    Im a Bengals fan, but the Jets had three chances to pick Brady off. If they would have caught atleast two of them who know what the outcome would have been. From a fantasy football perspective I have the Jets D, and only got 1 point from them.
