    Recording Beats

    I did what the mpc user guidel said to do to record beats onto cd. By basically making your sequence into a sample itself but when I put it in sound forge the midi sounds haven't been recorded is there a way I can do this without buying new equipment?

    Just trying to understand something new. What does the swing do on the MPC I realize that it changes the time signature for the quantize. But what does it do to the beat. Someone told me it was to get you hih hat to hit repeated but the 4000 and the 1000 has the note repeat. Let me know...
