Tempo?
Here's a tip, put it thru a wave Editor, chop 4 bars, save it as a .wav. Then use something like Recycle, to get the tempo of these 4 bars.- Qwerty

Not using quanitze in your beats.
I feel that the most important thing to give swing to your drums is not about NOT using quantizing, but to have the proper placement of Hi-hat, it's the way the hi-hat connects with the snare and kicks that makes it not be robotic. Anyone, thinks so too? -
