yeah, I know, theres no contest. what about some of the random record batches going in buy/sell/trade? anyone paid shipping from US to europe?
i'D JUST BE WORRIED THE POSTAGE WOULD COST MORE THAN THE RECORDS
Good Lookin
Hats off Qstar, this my kinda thred. I'm at work now so cant post anything right now, but I will definitely be contributing later.

Yo - I prefer lifting samples from vinyl, scratchin etc - there's no contest, but my turntables is in Ireland and Im in a part of spain where there aint any good record shops anyhow;
anyone got any tips for web bassed digging?
so do I get one?
So the question is, should I invest in a keyboard with a midi controller
( At mo I have software + a kiddies midi keyboard)
.... OR an MPC (how much should I pay for an MPC?)
I'm totally software based, and wouldn't mind getting into hardware but I don't see it as necessary as such, so I was just wondering, what is the one piece of hardware you couldn't do without, and why?
its a sequencer alright. So is reason. A "real" sequencer should only refer to something where you can record audio direct, like cubase
But they're all just tools for manipulating digital sound ... it aint the tools that count its the finished product
Peace
Ill fam - been a long time, but worth it. I got myself a super ill sample (joe dolan believe it or not)
Now at the mo I basically got it chopped and stuck in the Dr.Rex - loop works lovely with wicked drums at about 104 bpm - no problem
BUT what this sample is...
I started out with fruity three years ago making house, then got sidetracked for a couple of years, (no pc) and now I´ve been using reason for a couple of years - to be honest I look back on some of the stuff I made with fruity and It fuckin rocks - I´m thike HTF did I do that.
I recently got...
still no link
damn, I'm logged in to soundclick as a listener, but still no link to the sample ... any chance you can post a link to it some other way grafik / i'd love to get in on this
