I wouldn't put musician cause thats someone who play instruments and plays them well. I just make beats with whatever I can get my hands on. I "produce " something out of nothing. -

Propellerhead - Automatic beat copyright?
I dont know 2 much about copyrights, but a far as reason go's I think it would be fairly easy to prove u made a beat. I mean there is no way for "the jacker" to recreate your reason setup especially if your using your own samples, and or tweaked the presets on synthes and stuff. The only way... -

I get the intro and the main part of the beat done, and then when it catchs an mc's ear I try to make the complimentary to what he has in mind for the hook. Ive been hearing beats w/ just hi hats or shakers and snares, no kick, just a heavy fairly constant bassline. sorry I cant think of any examples I dont really pay attention to "artists" or song names. -
