Help: Sonar Pros - Im taking my FL/Ableton/Cubase Knowledge to SONAR 5 - I need to...
Since making this thread - i learned how to adjust the SNAP of the sequencer - now my problem is when i move a slice over... it pushes the other slices WAY Out the way...how do im ake it so that i can drag a clip and itll just move where i want and overlap whats in its way - instead of pushing...- MGTheFuture

Whats going on ? I recently got Sonar 5, Im not too familair with it - but i can insert VSTS and got my midi controller and audio figured all out. Since im very familair with ableton and cubase - i know how the seqeuncer works. SO i have a few simple questions about some other things...- MGTheFuture

i did - their re-drum = trash no audio in = trash no time stretch = trash / recyle time stretch = trash But everything else is good - however, the synths are as warm or as thick as the real things - and never will be...thats hwy i like analog in the first place..its presence. Switching to Reason?
I tried going to reason but ...FL just offered more - more VSTs and FX and Lets me use my racks reason is like WYSIWYG - and i like to get out the box...so it didnt work to me like i hoped- MGTheFuture

Reason 3 Issue Fixed - Driver Problem - Do I Need A Different Soundcard ???
Emu 1212m + Reason 3 = SNAP CRACKLE POP FIXED !!!!! As you know Reason Freaked Out On Me when i was using "Emu Asio Driver" with it - (i HaVE to use this driver for my card) The problem was my latency in the control panel - I set it to as low as i could (2ms) but this means nothing..lmao...- MGTheFuture

Reason 3 Issue Fixed - Driver Problem - Do I Need A Different Soundcard ???
I Just Noticed - With my EMU 1212m - you have to have your audio driver set to "Emu Asio" in order for your soundcard and its VST and for your cards inputs to record right. i.e. - when using cubase or such - in order to record my racks and turntable - i need to be using this driver. I have the EMU 1212m - and I run Ableton, Reason, FL - etc And even with a p4 and 1.5 gig ram - when i load a few processes in FL - it goggles up and crackles for no reason... And Reason 3 is a bit buggy - but i cant evne run 1 Pad Combinator Patch for CRYING OUT LOUD !!! without a darn...- MGTheFuture
