    Panning instrument to both sides

    wtf is that. never heard of that. panning is volume in the L ch and R ch if you raise it 25% in both ch youll have the same thing but probably louder. thats not a pan at all.

    open mind i right. i place cubase on the first place for now. im trying to set up sonar to see how it goes but right now cubase gets ahead of audition, acid and soundforge. so...why do you wanna chage it?

    Tips for making each beats sound different???

    i was thinking about the same thing with da relic and dream police as change the samples used for the drums. also try finding different sounding samples. i, for myself, avoid to use classic music, although it's sounds wonderfull, because it becomes to boring after 2 beats like that.

    i know i used that too. i enveloped the FX wich had on/off on the envelope. just press the plus sign on the track until you bring the fx envelope strip.

    you can use the volume envelope. just set one point 15 secs before the end and one point at the end to -inf. i present you in adobe audition 1.5 cuz i dont have it installed on this pc but it's the same concept in cubase
