Just Arm the mixer track that has the wavestation loaded and record an 8 bar loop. Should work, because thats what helped me. -

Really You just gotta go with the flow. If melodies are just hittin you your best bet is to lay it down asap. If you can really think of anything that is when u really have to take your time. I've done beats in the time range of 10 mins-10 days+. All about what you feeling in my opinion anyways. -
