i cant rly give advice cos im still smoking ;p but i once quit for 6 months, and wot i worked out is its all in the mind, u just gotta be stubborn tellin urself "just 1 cigarette won't hurt" never works cos 1 leads to another , always maybe make a bet with a friend, if u smoke again u gotta pay...- Icemanbeats

yep, swedish person introduced me to it bak in the day In UK it's about 16 pounds a bottle.. 30 dollars South africa - All alcohol is cheap here, but compared to other drinks - absolut not so cheap, about 110 rand a bottle (15 dollars)- Icemanbeats
