Mixcraft vs. Pro Tools
I've never used mixcraft, but I would recommend pro tools because it is easy to use and has a lot of capabilities... I took 2 classes in pro tools and I still don't know everything you can do in that program. Everything from mixing to recording to even producing..it just allows a lot of creative... -

The Whole Process
Always remember it helps to put your vocal tag (vocal clip of your producer name) on the beats your shopping to help protect them. Another way is to just send out snippets, like 45 seconds for each beat so that way the rapper gets the idea of the track, but won't have the whole thing. -
