    Well...sorry but..it is. Hip hop is the CULTURE: that includes, clothes, way of thinking, talking, etc. Rap is the actual genre of music. I'm not sure but i think that 2day's RnB is included in HipHop ex: destiny's child, alicia keys, etc. I guess YOU were wrong.
