    How long does it take?

    anywhere from 2 hours to 2 weeks. i might have to learn a riff on a gutiar... or i may want to sample my 8 bars.... or i may play every track all the way through... it depends on the final feel you want

    theres a alot to do. panning, eqing, automation, and levels give you front-back and left-right. delay is good but ghost it. it gives a hidden harmonic. chorus is good... compression......just dont over do it or you will sound like early 80's stuff when efx went wild

    go with indian or japaneese music. those types of music are set on different musical scales and tones than our Maj or min or modes. so you can find some freaky stuff

    Audio mixer

    have an alesis multi mix running to my sound card. Right know i have my monitors running out my soundcard. since that is the end all signal. i used to run the signal back to my mixer and and had the montiors hooked up that way. the monitors had more punch that way. ther are may differnt ways...
