Ash is featured on the song spitting blues anyways we have been getting some pretty significant airplay in the states and in eurpoe. Im gonna make a post about it in a couple of days.- classic

Thanks man.. but honeslty it took me awhile to get there.. Im a pretty big dude (6;3 225) so i think for my weight im doing pretty good now. but when i started really working out 3 years ago i could barley do my own body weight. But as you already know its not about the weight its about...- classic

ahh i missed this thread.... glad you guys are talking bout this, heath is overlooked by alot of musicians.. Anyways if you notice the workout that i do is more of a template. I dident go into specfic's with exercises or sets. you can fill it in with stuff that your familiar with... IMO when...- classic
