Oh bro. I used to use Cubase but switched to Sonar cause I kinda had to. Sonar to me felt like a clunky cubase... S1 is so fucking smooth and easy to use. Felt like Cubase to me. It's breeezy -

Yeah the new strategy bothers me, essentially a subscription because they're making a new one every year and ending support for the previous. It concerns me more regarding bug fixes and churning out content/features for the sake of it, feel like the quality may go down and pointless features. -
