if you own ableton live 9 the upgrade to 10 wont cost you the full price allthough i gotta admit the upgrade is kinda expensive. Yeah so if you had a theme you would only hear one style. No theme you will hear allot of different styles maybe even styles combined allot more interesting. Ofcourse theme aint wrong but i think no theme's is perfect aswell gives you more space to create your vibe to your liking.- TjombaBeats

How to eliminate white noise without software
Unless you got a VST or synth that has a special option for that like a knob to adjust the noise setting i don't really think you can do anything else yeah use a EQ filter off the high end that will eliminate the noise. Most hardware/software synths have a button for that noise setting though..- TjombaBeats
