Word, I still haven't found the time to play with it yet but from a quick look at it, it looked more kinda like a TR-808 on steroids...it obviously lets u do some crazy shit like model each drum sound via its own synthesis & and u can add samples on it to my knowledge too, but yeah I think even... -

Really sad news, yet another amazing young artist dies far too early. According to Eyedea & Abilities twitter account, his mother responded earlier that he has passed away....no info yet on how, but this is some extremely sad news. Dude was one of the realest.- Shonsteez

What exactly are you trying to chop? If its something with obvious spaces like a really clean drum break then you can use "strip silence" or whatever its called... If it requires more surgical editing by hand then its just a matter of first setting your desired resolution for snapping on the... -

Ive still yet to upgrade from Tiger so I havent had the pleasure of trying LP9 but 8 is still my goto DAW now, wouldnt have it any other way. PS - why dont you like to mix in Logic? Its so easy in that app! -
