ahh that's informative as hell ty. this post was originally written as a message to you, then I realized the mix feels different in general so I thought I'm either trippin or it might actually be an interesting topic. cuz the entire approach feels different than what I'm used to in this genre & era. -

been jammin to this for a while now - I can't help but notice how HUGE the vocals sound. I mean on the chorus it doesn't strike me as unusual but on the verses... am I tripping or does this sound weird? it's not even a matter of "oh look how crystal it sounds, she's JUST next to my ear" like... -
