There was not a rule that you could not use scratches. It said that you didn't HAVE to use scratches but could if you wanted to. It would be pretty weird to have a DJ Premier competition with no scratching aloud? hahaha- P.A.T.

Thanks!!! I actually made this about 20 years ago when I was using whatever I could either make or find with $h!tty equipment at the time.... I can definitely hear what you are referring to, but this was as clean as I could get it at the time... Wish I still had all of the sample arrangements... -
