I'm not aligned with the popular vote this time. As I said, I like a substantial majority of the submissions, and while I compliment the top of the ranking and have no particular criticisms to make, my favorite beats are elsewhere (and among them, there's not even my own, which, however, didn't look out of place, I think). My favorites are @Coltorki, @Leopard Cohen, @V.J. Retro and @Opium Dave. For the next warzone, I'm afraid there are many super skilled people on the theme, and I think I'm going to take a beating.

- some people won't know who tf DJ Premier is somehow
- probably can't correctly identify a Premo beat
- don't have the capacity for determining quality mix/production value
- Will somehow vote for the random EDM House track that gets in.

I could guarantee you Dr Dre, Timbaland, Kanye could enter and go out in R2 to some weird poorly mixed beat.

I'll tell you guys this though:

There have been times when I didn't think the top 5 was right, but it's what everyone voted for, and everyone has different reasons why they vote. So whatever the outcome is, I always congratulate the winner, and I listen back to those beats and try to appreciate what everyone else voted for.
