New York mixtape scene

Those are good but a bit too specific with new york mixtape scene, for example.

I think this 10 should be good to start:
  • Boom Bap
  • Trap
  • Drill
  • Lo Fi
  • Jazzy
  • Old School
  • East Coast
  • West Coast
  • Conscious
  • Alternative

Is there a genre for "2000s" hip-hop?

Because, typically boom-bap refers to the 90s style sound. But I wouldn't call the whole Timbaland, Storch, Neptune's era boom bap.

Was looking to try be very actual with the genres for Fade, but if we can be making shit up I'll get involved differently...
Timbaland and Scott Storch beats are boom bap with a splash of alternative. The Neptunes is straight alternative/pop/rnb
