i was considering makin video as well for local artist n stuff n try to make aili hiphop dvd does anyone kno wut kind of good video software i can use i have a good video cam tho i need to research which software

mac or pc?

pc- adobe premiere is what you need

mac- final cut pro

ive also heard good things about vegas. there are a couple more but the ones i mentioned are the industry standards.

if you can get on a mac, iMovie is pretty straightforward...although i dont really like the new one. that video i posted a few weeks ago was done on final cut.

after effects is NOT a video editing software, it is amazing and it used to be my full time job to use it. I was a final cut guy for a long time but I love the new premiere and it also works on mac so your good to go.
