It was reported this morning that 50 cent brought Mike Tyson's old house,
for 4.1 million, the house has 52 rooms on 17 acres.
Anyway
He is said to have made 18 mill this year which I doubt. To me this is one of the studiest thang I 've heard this year. The Dj was saying that NBA players he knew with 80 and 100 mill contracts and pension , only got 2 and 3 mill houses. In my opinion that too much to soon, I can't help but laugh. HAVE WE NOT LEARN FROM HAMMER,

That house also has a bowling alley and a night club on its property so it may seem like a stupid thing to do but with at least the night club on premisses he can make some money there he might not even live in the house he probally lookin at as a money maker the place is in connecticut which is part of the tri state area you have a big baller party or rent the club out for shows and stuff and he could even use it for his g-unit artist development place where he puts them in there to crank out music...But on the other hand he might no even be thinkin that advanced and all that's on his mind is I got shot 9 times now I own Mike tysons' house WHERE THE BITCHES WEED AND GUNS G-G-G-G-UNIT

Not a wise move by 50 but maybe he knows something we don't, I wish him the best. I myself with 4.1 million, basically I would first purchase all the equipment I need, I would make my studio comparable to The Hit Factory in New York or Real World Studios in England. These rappers have to realize that just like football your career is going to end someday, you have to be flexible go modest build up your business and then go all out. I bet Donald Trump aint even living like 50 cent and he's been rich for a longtime.

The house is reportedly worth 20 or 30 million Mike's ex wife put it up for 4.1 because she didn't need the money because she already had it and the head ache ..maybe 50 brought it to sell it...If so it was a smart move
