The funniest thing about this topic is that everyone has a different opinion on whats underground and whats commercial. For example here in Boston any thing southern is pretty much underground ( other than what you see on mtv) The exposure is different . Which mkes the reaction to it different.

But boston also brings mr lif, acrobatic, edan... these are heavyweight underground cats, so I think that you're experience in boston depends on what you like. What you call southern is being commercialy exploited on Mtv Europe, to us anything hiphop related during the daytime is considered commercial, doesnt matter where its coming from, they just exploit and spam it all day.
