It depends. If he isn't doing anything with it. Nothing. But if he is making money off of it. I will wait til he made as much as he possibly could with it and then I will sue him. I'm too paranoid about that. That's why I don't upload my beats unless they are copyrighted.

i had a 12 track disk "lost" by some guys i recorded with at the community college. they were friends of a friend, and so i went as a favor, and they were....shall we say less then desirable to work with. i just didnt care for their rhymes, style, etc......
so i basically cut my losses, because they wanted more of a west-coast, battle cat/latino gangsta rap and the tracks i had on there were far from that. plus i really havent seen them since.....
i just figure it happens at this stage. there will be a time when i make it and they are still sittin around begging every kid with a FL demo for a beat, so i am not the least bit worried. now when i have made a solid name for myself and we are talking big money tracks, it will be a much different story.
