What is this effect or combination??!

At 1:28 during the chorus part, what is the effect or combination on the vocals

Is it a harmonizer? or Harmonizer + Phaser/Modulation effect?
I've heard it on alot of old R&B songs too

Also I want to say there's hardware that specifically acheives a certain version of this. Anyone in the know?

It's very subtle, but it sounds like it could be a flanger to me.

or a slight chorus as well...


It could be a echo that is so close it creates that effect.

It sounds like there is a little autotune goin on in there as well.
Certainly its stacked then some verb of sometype.
You could stack and use a combination of the above and izotopes nectar to acheive similar results.

I like it.. Pretty cool settings in it that make it a snap to just dial in a vocal and you know voila! Its neat, its not always a fix all solution but its my new fav for doing main vox trax.
It has a hiphop vocal setting and within it it has settings like "modern and upfront" or "agressive verse" or "crowd" which I think can be used if you are stacking alot as it doesnt make it sound like lots of people shouting, cuz if it did I would have creamed myself.
Then it has other settings for like RnB and pop and country and jazz. Awesome little tool. But as I am finding pretty much all of izotopes stuff is cool.
