A 25-year-old man from Kristiansand fantasized of killing and eating teenage girls he met on the Internet.
The man has now been for death threats and frightening behavior, reported the Norwegian paper VG. The man is held on remand for four weeks awaiting trail.
To one 19-year-old woman the man wrote: «May I have the honor of eating you. As food. For NOK 300.000 (USD 48.565).»
The police claim the man has been in contact with nine girls nation wide, and the youngest was only 13-years-old.
The man called himself cannibal online and his nickname was Hannibal, probably inspired by the mass murderer in the film «Silence of the Lambs.»
The 25-year-old has served time for rape and was sentenced to seven years in preventative supervision.
