I've heard that Keygens can show up as threats but are usually safe. I stay away from them anyway. But I've never heard of a Keygen coming up as a trojan though, so I'd say trash it.
Edit: I just did some research and it says that it's very common for Keygens to show up as trojans with Norton. So I guess it's possible to be safe but I wouldn't do it.
Norton also will flag and remove files that are new and the community doesnt know much about.
This is a pain in the ass when trying to install cracked files.

Well...some are definitely false positives....some are definitely trojans and some are neither.....You have to make sure your source is trusted. Make sure it's an authentic scene release and not someone that just put the teams name on there....
