So I had this audio jumpoff for a hot minute (good looks P) anyways, the other day we had an thunder and lightning storm and my power goes out. Turn the PC on and now it doesn't read my card. Tried different usb ports, different usb data cables,,,NUTTIN! When I open the M-Audio window from the control panel, it shows "not connected". I unistalled and reinstalled the device as well as the current drivers. I have no clue what is wrong, the only thing I can come up wit is the card just went bad, or shorted out,,,,I'll try installin the card on another computer to see if that theaory hold any weight. Anyone know what I'm doin wrong??????

warranty ?

nope. But i think I narrowed it dfown to a corrupted driver in windows. It recognizes it in the device manager as "USBAUDIO" but won't let me uninstall the original M-Audio drivers. My asio control panel loads and shows it as working but no sound. I may reinstall windows and see what happens.
