turntable scenario

right now i have my pc, mixer, and an m-audio quattro as my soundcard. it has 4 ins and 4 outs. i want to get a turntable for a very low price under $200 probably. i've read about the few portables and it's basically a toss up about sound quality. what i need to know is if i got one of these, would i go from the line out to my quattro?

also if anyone has the ion usb one, how is the sound quality

I have the Ion USB turntable. The sound quality seems fine to me but its my first ever turntable and I havent really heard any others, so I dont know if the sound quality is any good compared to the other turntables you might be looking at.
But its really cheap and really easy to get set up and everything, so its definitley worth a look.

Well if u get a turntabe such as the PT-01 with a built in preamp then u will take the OUTS to the IN on your soundcard. But if u get a TT w/o built in preamp then u will either need a dj mixer, preamp, or mixer. You connect to the source u choose then route the outs to the Soundcard's IN.
