To Factory bundle or not to Factory bundle?

I'm about to buy a Digi 002 rack and I was wondering should I get the regular one or the one with the factory bundle? Are those extra pulgins worth the extra $400? Does anyone have this? Help me out Fam'.

I don't work with many of these plug-ins but have tried them all in studios etc. In my opinion, most are good but some are not worth that much.
