Time stretch plug-ins?????!!!!!

Does anybody use a plug in that allows you to stretch samples to specific bpm's? The only one I have is in Cool Edit Pro, but it doesn't let you set the bpm.

use Pro Tools.....it has a time expander feature.....it i believe you can set the bpm (providing you already have the bpm set for the current sample).....but usually i just change the speed by percentage....i'm a dj so i'm used to doing that on the turntables......

wavelab have all the essentials you will need for time stretching.

nuendo and cubase sx has great time stretch.
I dont know about any plugins that do it though

Acid and Soundforge can do it with ease as well.
